Return Policy
The product warranty is from the date of purchase at retail against defective material or workmanship that may occur under normal use and care. If your unit is not free from defective material or workmanship, Manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is solely to repair or replace your product with a new or reconditioned unit at the option of the Manufacturer. It is the obligation of the purchaser to supply pictures and a description of the defect, along with proof of purchase.
How to submit a Warranty Claim
You need to Create an Account with us, and then Submit an RMA Request on the 365RMA Home Page. Our team will help to identify the problem and answer any questions you might have about the product. If we are unable to resolve your issue and your product is still under warranty, we will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and send a replacement unit to you.
Please have the following information ready :
- Proof of purchase.
- Model number(use model 161303X if unknown)
- Photos of the product that will help diagnose the problem.
- A detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.
Steps:
- Click on the Customer Login tab and enter your information
- Click onSubmit RMA Request
- Enter your product Model (type 161303X if unknown)
- Confirm model information and click on Continue
- Type in the following fields:
- Purchase date (YYYY-MM-DD).
- Reason for Returning.
- Detailed Problem Description.
- Click Submit.
- Upload individual images or PDF files.
- Click on Upload to attach the image
- Review your request and then click on Submit RMA Request.
You will be receiving notifications via the email set up in your account.Please make sure to check your inbox as well as Junk folder for mail. Otherwise, you can review your status by clicking on the Check RMA Status button when you are logged into your account.
How do I add more than one attachment?
Each record of your request list has a clip image. Click on it to return to the image attach form.
